The echoFLow is a small portable Bluetooth speaker modeled to have symmetry on a
diagonal access. The symmetry along a unique axis provides a balance to the speaker
even though parts overhang. The goal was for the frame to be able to stand from any
side and have the same symmetry. Creating a consistent but abstract flow through the
handles to the speakers was important to the aesthetic of the design. The grills for the
echoFLow have a rippled teardrop cutout which helps to match the natural movement
of the speaker’s whole shape. The sides being close to square helps to frame the
unique shape and creates the ability to rotate the speaker in any direction.
